Look him in the face and track his eyes. If they're slower than usually take him to a doctor. Wake him up every two hours for the first night and if you're really concerned or he seems slower or in pain for too long, take him to the doctor right away.

The witch referred to macbeth as the thane of cawdor which is not his title but rather his future title. He's understandably confused by this and the line is basically shakespearean for "why are you calling me that?"
