Well  ,  I  am  not  a  pharmacist  ,but  you  can  take  any  cream ie   cold cream ,  or  face  cream  ,add  to  it  4gm  of  hydroquinone if  the  cream  is  100 gram [in  that  proportion] ,mix  it  well , don't  expose  to  sunlight  as  the  2  are  enemies  ,and  there  you are  ,your  cream  is  ready
