When I stopped taking Cymbalta I started taking 400 mg of SAM-e and it's really helped with the withdrawal symptoms! I still wouldn't say I feel "good" but it's much more bearable. You can buy SAM-e at any drugstore. I've also heard that switching to Prozac for a month and then stopping that is much easier.
