In my opinion "Informational roles" is very important for a manager.. According to Mintzberg (1975), different aspects of a manager's job cause managers at all levels to be involved in a series of interpersonal, informational, and decisional roles. In Mintzberg's view, receiving and communicating information is perhaps the most important aspect of a manager's job.
