Yin! Yes, some of them are pretty transparent when they are small! This is
because they are yet to gather the right nutrients to reinforce their shells.
However, also note that some species are yellow or brown when they have just
hatched. Snails are huge pests where I am, we try to get rid of them as much as
possible!
