No, I don't use them that often.
If I did I didn't know it was wrong. I don't know what most of them mean.
I thought that "<3" was supposed to be a kawaii cat face, not a heart, so whenever I post it on a site that uses emoticon-emoji conversion, it gets transferred into a love emoji
