You might want to try tightening the toilet flange bolts. Pop the caps off and tighten one side slightly, then the other. Keep going back and forth, tightening one side then the other. Caution, don't over tighten, you could crack the toilet.

You might ask for some toilet shims before you do any caulking. They are plastic shims you stick under the bowl and then break off when the bowl feels solid.
