I got MY first dog at age 6 or 7 and she was totally my responsibility. Everything except the cost of food and the vet bills. Her name was Donna and she went everywhere with me.

At 7 years old I was in charge of my two younger brothers, in other words if the little buggers did something wrong and cried about it I got in trouble for it. 😵

I can't lock them away. However, I can mask my emotions extremely well. Everyone at work, outside of a few who know me, think I'm a polite, friendly, happy person. Most people have no clue. I like it this way.
