Cabbage is safe for dogs to eat and even beneficial. It aids in digestion, is good for the skin, and is cancer-fighting. But it can also cause gas, so introduce slowly and only feed a little bit, such as a sprinkling of chopped up cabbage on top of your dog's dinner.
