Yes traces of medication will still be in the urine, just because you freeze it it doesn't magically disappear.

I froze pee with oxy and opana for appointment with my pm doctor. Will the meds still be there and what's correct way to thaw it?

Thaw at room temperature. DO NOT HEAT ANY OTHER WAY!!!

Yes, the Meds will still be in your urine. Why did you freeze your urine??? That doesn't make any sense.
