I put my left shoe on first. Don't know why, but I always do and if I find myself putting the right one on first, I stop and grab the left shoe.
Do you have any kind of ritual?
I don't know if it's really a ritual but when I get up, I go out for a quick swim to feel awake and refreshed and at 6:00 A.M. Every morning, I make coffee, feed my hound dog and take all my pills and vitamins. Then at 2:00 P.M. Every day, I feed my hound a light meal with his vitamins and pills in it. I guess it's kind of a ritual.
