It does sometimes stick Skunky ! Are you sure you've went through ALL of your notifications? Keep going down a few pages worth and see if that cleans it out. If not ? Use the "Contact" on the bottom of this page and write in about your problem. They will get back to you soon. I had that problem once but I went through the pages and cleaned out everything with CCleaner and the next day it was fine.
