An eyebrow pencil can be your friend. You can get them anywhere from Walmart to Target to Walgreens. Just look in the makeup section.

If you have some "old" brown mascara then that will work, it's what I do my eyebrows with as they are blonde and my hair is a darker blonde
What about a brown Sharpie ? Wouldn't that work till it grows back ?
Check out your local wig shop, maybe they make eyebrow wigs.
