You can post it and see if anyone takes the time to read it if it isn't too long. Go ahead and give it a try and tell people what it's about and some will read it if it's interesting for them.

I'm sure people might read it. But it all depends on the subject matter and if members are interested in it.
Depending on its length, some would, others wouldn't.
An alternative is to post it to a site like Booksie where new writers can post their work and comment on each other's work. Most of the feedback you get there will be encouraging.
