Why would anyone want to help you get your tags back? You're an uninsured driver with expired plates and an expired drivers license. You're a hazard on the road.

You are not getting you tags back. They are expired, which means they are no longer any good and therefore in the thrash. As for your license. You can get that back, but it is going to cost you, a lot! You will have to get special insurance because you were driving without insurance, and an expired license. Honestly though, if you can't afford it, I suggest you get a bicycle, because your lack of ability to keep up with such important things leads me to believe you are not responsible enough to be driving.
