It doesn't seem to be possible. Because the questions themselves become a link to the page on which they appear it isn't likely that you could do it, even using the html <img> tag as we can in the comments box. Might be interesting to try but nesting one tag inside another is kinda problematic.

I was wrong about that. Take a look at my question below: I used the <br> tag to separate the image from the question then inserted an <img> tag ... and it worked.
