Technically Yes or No depending on the "Authorit(ies)".

Music can make you feel better, lift your spirits and add to a happy overall feeling, while engaging in a host of activities.

I sleep with Classical music barely audible.

Depends on individuals. But usually music can make a major role on people's motivations and short term goals. It enhances the brain and the body and improves the consistency.

Gator Blu is right. With the right music I can conquer the world, or at least get some housework done. Also having the right music enhances my cooking.

Hi,

Not only
does music help me to focus on exercising, it also encourages me to work
through the tasks that I need to complete. Normally, I listen to songs via
https://www.play-up.co.uk/.
Most of the time I turn on the “Feel Good” and “Music at work” playlists which
are available on the site. They help me to stay focused and motivated.
Sometimes I also enjoy the tunes proposed on https://www.livelineradio.net/.
You can listen to entertaining
songs on both websites.
