Sure there are some that would eat it, but a vegan wouldn't dare eat gelatin.

I like Jello once in a while but I'd never walk more than 10 steps for it. Hey, I eat scrabble so I'll eat almost any animal thing.

Depends how strictly vegetarian they are, and on their reason for being vegetarian. If they choose such food because they feel it's healthier then they may well add things like eggs or gelatin to their diet. Vegans are a horse of a different colour and would be revolted by the idea.

No , a vegetarian wouldn't eat gelitan... Unless it's one of those weird "vegetarians" like my sister ... She eats a thing called porkrinds ....but she yells at me for eating fish. That's fine.
