Rebuilding any army/navy will only cause other countries to start building up their navies and armies.
Should the United Kingdom rebuild its armed forces? Would the world be better or worse if the Royal Navy was back to the size it was 30 years ago?
When they trigger article 50 they will have to do something because we will be in control of our own borders.
Why Not ? Take some of the pressure off of the U.S.
