I think that there are only one or two admins left on this site. They must both be in bed and the spammers go wild. Kind of like the parties that you had when your parents went away.
A Chinese scammer is active on Blurtit. Why do the admins permit his activity?
Because the mods are lazy, don't do their job, and instead delete perfectly good questions instead of actual spam.

Possible theory, the spammers are also the "new" admins. if this gets deleted, this puts more evidence to my theory.
