I would say stay warm to help your body raise the temp to kill the virus.
If it's a fever it's probably best to try and keep your temperature stable. Take paracetamol, wear nightwear, and put a fan in your room but do not have it directly on your, and drink fluids.
A high temperature can cause fitting, and a low one can cause you to shiver which will then heats up the body again.
hmm I guess try to stay cool.

And for anyone like me who lives in the continental US and didn't know----paracetamol is aceteminophen.
