Starting school later in the day, or starting school later in life?

I feel school/learning should start as is immediately after birth and continual until death.

From age 3-18 yrs formal education should continual to be mandatory and hopefully one day very soon education will be mandatory worldwide, with no violence either way.

Korvo One addressed my concern for meaning.

But I'll say yes regardless.

Children have plenty to learn that can't be learned at school.  Play time for toddlers and pre-k's is never a waste of time.

I happen to agree with this link:

And without a whole lot of thought or research, I'd go for later start times for teenagers---they also have a lot to learn that isn't taught at school.
