Should foreigners NOT be allowed to vote?

Of course they should not be allowed to vote. If you allow it, what is to stop another country from coming in and flooding the votes they way they want another country to go?

As long a person is a legal citizen of the nation in question then they should be allowed to vote. Otherwise, they can sit on the sidelines and see where election ends up. As far as American elections, or any other nation, we need to be setting up voter ID laws to prevent non-citizens from doing exactly that.
