Torture should be allowed as part of the punishment from a parent to the pervert who touches their child.
Can Torture be acceptable in some cases?
I think there's diplomatic ways to do everything, but if you think about perspective, does the 'person' doing the torturing see anything wrong with it, and does that make them a bad person when they think it's the right thing?
NO, once exceptions and reasons to justify one situation are made, more excuses will follow and this wrongful act will be repeated.
