Does somebody's race affect their intelligence?

No. There is no trait of intelligence that is limited to or exclusive of any ethnicity. Intelligence is directly a product of individual aptitude, mental agility and exposure to learning.

Great thinkers come in every shape and hue, the same can also be said of morons.
