I would say staying hydrated is good for your health after/during any exercise. As far as showering, I would stick to a comfortable temperature so you don't "shock" your body. Too hot could over heat your body and too cold could shock your body (I would presume)
A cold shower is never good to me!
Drink fluids to stay hydrated.
I don't think so. Your body begins repairing building muscle after a workout. A shock to the system wouldn't be good. A gentle cool down would be better.
It's great for your hair...lol...a cold rinse after cleansing closes the cuticles on the hair shaft leaving your hair shinier.
Depends upon how hard you worked out. I find a HOT shower after a Hard workout is good for "Good Smell" . . .
Some athletes Sit in an ice cold tub to reduce swelling around the joints and tendons . . .
Closest I ever got was the New Hampshire seacoast water . . . Which is usually between 50 60 degrees even when it is 90 out . . .
Yoga for life, but only if you want to live longer.
Shower if you need to.
It's semi good. But it's very important to not cool down too quickly, which is what a cold shower straight after your workout would do. Sure, it feels great!! But it;s very important to make sure your muscles have cooled down before jumping into a cold shower. So, perhaps after a run or a HIIT workout you put on a jumper and stretch. This is really good for you. Hope this helps?? :)
