My wife, bless her soul, made a turkey dinner one Thanksgiving. She left the bag of guts in the cavity, made stove top stuffing, instant mashed potatoes and NO GRAVY!!!!! I think the kids and I would have preferred McDonalds that night.

Haha. The first time I cooked a Turkey I left the bag in the neck too. Lesson learned!
I had to make pies for a bunch of incoming guests for Thanksgiving. I decided to make my own crusts. Lets just say that we ended up buying pies from the bakery and we were finding pie dough in weird and strange places in my kitchen for months. I was furious. I blamed it on the weather. Kept coming apart in sheets. Urgh!! Still makes me mad!
Mr. Happy decided to bake our daughter's birthday cake. He put the two rounds in the oven, but the racks were way too close together. The bottom one rose up through the shelf above, and even got on the upper pan.
I picked up a cake on the way home.
