What steam cleaner do you have and how would you rate it? I've moved into an apartment and it's bathroom, kitchen and flooring is grim. This isn't a spam, I'm a regular user, although there could be spam in the kitchen tiles. I have hard wood floors.

I wouldn't use steam on hardwood floors.  If the hardwood is not properly sealed, the water will get in the boards and probably warp them.

Never used, or even seen, a wallpaper steamer, so I cannot comment on that.

I use a product named "Bona" on my hardwood floors. Seems to be fairly effective.
