Fine. I like this time of year much better.
I like this time better!!!
it dont bother rne any
I am one in the group with the irregular sleep-wake syndrome usually sleep one to four hours at a time, so the daylight saving time does not bother me that much. But I would still make some adjustment for having lost an hour of precious sleep.
Tip 1 Roughly two weeks before springing forward, though, go to bed and wake up 10 minutes to 15 minutes earlier daily. This helps your body slowly adjust.
Tip 2 In autumn, keep things as close to normal as possible. If you usually wake at 8 a.m., do it the morning of the time change.
