I saw this 2-piece curtain at a friend’s house and thought it would look great in my kitchen. I don’t know what it’s called. Is there some kind of professional out here in Essex that can help?
There can be any number of 2-piece curtain sets that might fit your description, but what comes to my mind are tier curtains paired with swags or valances. Or you might be referring to long curtains consisting of two panels, but I doubt that those are what you’d want for your kitchen.
In case I’m right, tier curtains should be pretty easy to come by. You can have them custom-made or buy them straight off the shelf if they fit the dimensions of your window. The 2-piece sets usually come with a tier that hangs midway up your window, and a swag or valence hung from the top. I found a curtain fitter called My Fitter that employs some of the best blind fitters in London and other areas like Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Essex.
