1 quart hydrogen peroxide, 1/4 cup baking soda, 1 teaspoon dish soap, mixed together and shampoo dog. I've also heard that Massengill douche works good just use it like shampoo on your dog.

Tomato juice will remove odors. Kinda messy but they say it works on skunk.
