Amanda Goettig asked 5/16/2013 I have a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and had to replace the drivers blinker. When I turn the left blinker on, it just stays on and doesn't blink & the arrow light in the car stays solid. When I turn the right blinker on, it blinks on the outside & so does the arrow. What is wrong?
