I don't think its possible to do it without a timing light handy sorry. When you do get one hook up T light, loosen it don't remove bolt hold it down then locate the spark advance electric connector which will be either under the hood on driver side fender or behind passenger side kick panel … Read more

1 Quart of the wrong type in there isn't really going to bother it. Automatic transmissions have many quarts of fluid in them. You'll be fine. I wouldn't drain it out for one odd quart. Just make sure you put the right fluid in the next time. You'll be fine.
