xavier silvera answered question 2/4/2011 Are there certain times of the year when there is no moon in the sky, at all? --When are these times; and can you sky-gazers explain this phenomenon? Some time you have what i call dark night because there is no star or moon in the sky the moon is always in the sky but due to orbiting of the earth you may not see it at times.
