What Can You Do To Make Your Boobs Grow Faster?

I am 13 and when I was 11 I started growing mine by pulling them and massaging them in circle motions(nipples and breasts) I'm now 36DD I've always eaten a normal(ish) diet and am bigger than my mom. I stopped because my boobs pulled on my back too much
