My legs go cold in patches, then hours later thay get hot and I get shivers all over. Have I got an infection somewhere in my body?

Feeling sick with gut ache. My forehead gets hot and the middle of my eyes on the brim of my noise feels blocked. It's making me feel sick. Feel like I've been socked in the face. Cannot blow my nose, then it clears for 15 mins then comes back again?

I've been told I have perepheral neuropathy wich causes nerve damage, my feet feel hot and go red, my heels feel like something is crawling at times, my ankles hurt so much at the top and back slight swelling, if my heels and toes get cold it goes to my legs,and then I start to have shivers all over my body,and I'm so cold,also feel dizzy when I look up or down,when I sit my bum burns,
