I would wish that evil was gone from existence, That disease be cured and That every person on the earth could have lots and lots of money.

You can give it rest and lots of water or milk. If you can, take it to the vet.

You don't really want to give the dog meat like that, but you can give some rice, and if it doesn't get better, then I would call the vet to see what else you can do.
