I have been on Cymbalta 60mg for about 6 weeks for neuropathy for spine pain. My hair significantly was falling out after 3 weeks! Clumps in my hand, all over the shower and sink. I have a small bald patch now on the crown area of my head! My blood work is perfect so it wasn't thyroid, etc. I stopped taking it a few days ago. Had my hair cut short. Going to get new vitamins at store.
