How Soon After Conception Can You Tell If A Dog Is Pregnant? Its Only Been 5 Days, And It Seems Like Her Nipples Are Already Bigger.

Feel her stomach..and the sides of her stomach..gently but firm enough to feel what you are looking for which is puppies. But if she is not far along..I don't know how else you can tell unless you take her to a vet.
