I think vertigo is the case where person sweets and feels unconscious.In order to cure this you have to take proper medicine.Breathe in fresh air so the oxygen reaches the brain.Moreover avoid being in closed rooms,elevators etc for long time as it creates congestion.Even avoid smoking.
