All apps and programs freeze for 30-45 seconds and then work gain and after 35-50 seconds, it happens again. Can someone help me. I scanned for virus and used malwarebytes?????? (Windows 10 HP i5)

1.  What antivirus are you running?

2.  What anti-malware program are you running?

3.  What programs are running in the background?

4.  How much RAM do you have on your computer?  How much is in use?  How often are pages being swapped in and out?
