Since everyone's definition of what is "wealthy" is different .. There are always going to be people who don't think they have enough money and would vote taxes down.  I think taxes should be fair for all ... Figured based on their incomes .. Aka a like percentage of tax for everyone.

Sure...............the wealthy will vote for it.

I wonder if those two are celebrated together since taffy probably used to be a "penny candy" .. Back in the olden days.  :)  I don't eat taffy since it's not great for my teeth or jaws.
