Jeff Weese asked 2/13/2017 When I returned home for my lunch, as I always do - I noticed a small flyer (Pizza Hut I think) that had been floating around the sidewalk this morning, laying on the very edge of my walkway with a very neatly place pile of rice on it. Thoughts?
