Firstly check that your License and Product number are entered correctly. For a verification, You can use the License Look Up Tool.

If the first solution is not working, you can rename the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file

Check out the internet connectivity and it is not blocked by a firewall.

Copy the.QBB (backup) file from the removable storage unit to your computer's desktop.

Open QuickBooks.

Click File, then choose Open or Restore Company.

Browse to the local desktop, and chose the backup file.

Click Open.

In the Restore Company To window, browse to the local desktop and click Save.
