It could be a few things....maybe an ear infection in 1 ear,maybe a tick in her ear.It could be others things there is so many things that can make a dog do that

My oldest daughter has a small dog and she loves pasta.You can even buy tins of dog food that have pasta in them

They look like tiny naked things with eyes shut

I have had a few hamsters.Larger ones as in syrian,etc are better if you want to get them out and hold them.Robos are small and very fast moving and are better ones if you want to give them large cage with tubes etc,they are also very funny to watch at times.
