answered 5/6/2009 What Can I Put On My Dogs Nose And Face To Heal A Wound? My Cocker Spaniel has chronic scabs and open wounds on his nose. The vet recommended an over the counter exfoliating moisturizer. That makes no sens to me. Anyway, it was useless. Help if ou can. Julie
