koko pringince answered 4/19/2007 I Had My Tongue Pierced A Week Ago And Its Been Fine. Yesterday I Noticed A Lump Inside My Tongue Around The Piercing. It's Slightly Sore And I Was Just Wondering If Anybody Knew If This Was Part Of The Healing Process? No it is not. Take the piercing out and it should get better or it could be an infection so see a doctor.
