If Single Can I File Head Of Household No Children?
In order to file as HH, you have to have a 'qualifying' person, ie a child, parent, or a qualifying relative other than your father/mother such as a grandparent, brother, or sister who meets certain other tests.

How Can I Receive A Copy Of My 2008 Tax Return From Hr Block?
You will have to wait until after January 15th (probably) after H&R offices open for the year. That's the problem with using a 'seasonal' office: They close after 4/15 and you don't' see them again until the next year!

I'm another AB escapee: I couldn't stand the new website and the attitude of the AB staff. So, I left. Went to another site; then invited to check this one out. Definitely looking for a new place to call 'home'! It seems GREAT and I look forward to getting to know my way around the place and meet some new people!
