answered 12/17/2009 Does The Landlord Have The Right To Enter The Property Whenever They Want, And When There's No One Home. Or Should They Let Me Know In Advance? Here in Ohio they have no legal rights to enter the home when you are not home , unless they have given you a 24 hour notice as to the date and time they wish to enter. Then they may enter even if you r not home.
