answered question 3/22/2010 I Have No Receipt Or Stub For A Money Order I Mailed Out. I Believe Its Lost In The Mail. What Do I Do? Some one asked me to cash a money order for them and send the funds out of the country, if they don't have the receipt for the money order is this a scam?
